Technology Audits & System Reviews
We document what you actually have, find the risks and the bottlenecks, and hand you a prioritized plan that’s yours to keep.
Most organizations can’t answer basic questions about their own systems: what is in the closet, who has administrator access, when the firewall was last updated, whether the backup has ever been restored. An audit answers them in writing. It’s also the honest way to find out whether you’re being well served by whoever supports you now.
What the audit covers
Network hardware inventory, firmware levels and support status
Cabling and closet condition, with photographs
Wireless coverage measured across the building
Firewall configuration, open ports and remote access paths
Accounts and administrator access, including former staff
Backup configuration and a live restore test
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace security posture and licensing waste
Camera coverage, retention and recorder exposure
Circuits, contracts and renewal dates
What you receive
A written report with network diagrams, a labelled asset inventory, photographs of every closet, and a findings list ranked by risk and by cost to fix. Everything is in plain language, with the technical detail in an appendix for whoever needs it. The document is yours regardless of what you do next.
No obligation attached
An audit is a fixed-fee engagement, not a sales call with a clipboard. Some clients hand the report to their existing provider and ask them to work through it. That’s a perfectly good outcome, and we would rather be the people who told you the truth than the people who used it as leverage.
